I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enroll my child in the program without him or her being medically able to participate. I agree to abide by the decisions of the director and coaches in the program regarding my child's level of participation. I assume all of the risk associated with my child's participation including falls, contact with other runners, effects of the weather, muscle strains or soreness, and all other risks. Having read this waiver and knowing and appreciating the risks, I waive and release the Wilmington Road Runners, Kids Run the Nation, and any of the school locations where running programs will be taking place from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my child's participation in these activities, even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
