KRTN is a specialized running program for kids ages 4-14. We set specific goals for each session to help young athletes run comfortably and successfully--gaining confidence in their abilities, while building a life-long desire to stay active.
Our weekly practices include form drills, strength training & agility work along with challenging (and FUN) running workouts.
A Typical KRTN Practice:
1. Check-in, Group/Team Assignments
3. Strength Work, Running Dynamics & Form Drills.
4. Pacing/Racing Drills.
5. Main Set (Sprints/Middle Distance/Distance)
7. Cool down & Stretch.
8. "Foot Charm" of the Week and "Big Foot" Award
We love to race! Put our hard work in practice to the test in 1 Mile events, 5k Races, Triathlons and more.. Join us!

KRTN is excited to announce a partnership with Wrightsville Beach Parks to offer a Thursday Practice Session in 2019! You can run with us 3 days/week!
(All sign-ups for the Thursday session are handled through Wrightsville Beach Parks.
